Each week you receive a customized menu tailored to your preferences, nutrition goals, and dietary needs. Groceries are ordered and delivered to your home through FreshDirect, then Haley cooks in your kitchen, stocks your fridge with labeled meals, and cleans up. Menus can be tailored for families with picky eaters, dietary restrictions, health-conscious households, and pregnant or postpartum moms.
Portions vary depending on the dish and appetite. Some meals naturally yield more servings than others, so the best way to determine the right package is to try a week and adjust as needed. If you are looking to cover more days, consider twice weekly.
